Inspection Guarantee
My collection primarily consists of antique jewelry as well as pre-owned pieces crafted in recent decades. Every piece is carefully inspected and presented through expert hands. The items undergo thorough cleaning, polishing, and restoration when necessary, ensuring that only jewelry in excellent condition and suitable for commercial distribution is offered to my customers.
Hallmark Guarantee
All my jewelry bears an official Hungarian hallmark. In the case of antique pieces—if the old hallmark is missing or no longer legible—the item is re-hallmarked with the currently valid Official Hungarian or Convention Hallmark.
Certificate and Guarantee
A certificate is issued for every piece of jewelry. For higher-value or exceptional pieces, a forensic jewelry expert certificate is also provided at the buyer's special request and expense.
Important note: the vast majority of my collection consists of pre-owned antique jewelry, 80–100 years old or even older. I provide a guarantee for the precious metal and gemstone content of the jewelry in all cases; however, I cannot offer a guarantee for signs of wear resulting from their age or potential flaws originating from material weakness.
Should any problem arise and it is repairable, I am, of course, happy to remedy it.
Buybacks are exclusively possible in undamaged condition. I cannot accept complaints if the jewelry shows:
- signs of modification or repair;
- the gemstone has been removed or replaced.
Sizing
The sizing of purchased jewelry is performed by my experienced jeweler colleague. This service is part of the selling price, unless additional precious metal is required for the sizing—in which case the surcharge is borne by the buyer.
Home Delivery via GLS Courier Service
Purchased jewelry is delivered by the GLS courier service according to current rates. The shipping fee also includes the cost of secure packaging.
Important! If any problem arises regarding the delivered jewelry, please report it immediately upon receiving the package:
- via email or phone; or
- in person to the courier; in this case, a report is drawn up, and the courier returns the shipment.
In the event of a valid complaint, the issue will be remedied without delay.
- For deliveries within Hungary, the delivery time is 1–5 business days from the date of purchase.
- For international purchases—exclusively within the territory of the European Union—I hand the shipment over to the GLS courier service upon receipt of the purchase price; the delivery time they apply, depending on the country, can be up to 2–8 days.
